The PERRIN Oil Cooler Relocate Kit includes everything you need to easily convert your existing front mounted PERRIN Oil Cooler into a top mounted setup.
Repurpose the hood scoop and open space left after installing a front mount intercooler by relocating your oil cooler. The PERRIN Top Mounted Oil Cooler efficiently uses the airflow from the OEM hood scoop to cool the oil. Without this upgrade, the hood scoop serves no functional purpose.
Each kit includes lightweight Aeroquip brand -10 hoses that are rated to 250psi and 300°F continuous temperature. Due to the oil cooler's top-mounted design, these hoses are short and highly efficient to maximize performance. Each pre-assembled hose comes with special high-flow check valves installed to prevent oil from draining back into the engine after the engine is shut off.
Included in every PERRIN Oil Cooler Relocate Kit are two mounting brackets for easy installation. These brackets are made from CNC-machined aluminum and feature a black anodized finish for superior durability and corrosion resistance.
This relocation kit is designed for vehicles equipped with an aftermarket FMIC. A PERRIN Strut Brace is also required to ensure proper installation of the oil cooler.
