Speedzone Performance LLC — Order Authorization SMS Terms and Consent Policy

About this SMS program

This program sends order authorization and fraud alert text messages about eligible Speedzone online orders, including first-time customer orders and orders identified as medium or high fraud risk. It is an order support program, not a subscription to promotional offers. Messages are sent only when the required consent and messaging service configuration are in place.

How customers opt in

Before proceeding from the cart to Shopify checkout, customers can select the optional, unchecked order-SMS consent box, provide a mobile number, and select “Agree and continue.” Use the same mobile number at checkout. Entering a phone number or placing an order alone does not constitute SMS consent. Customers may select “Continue without SMS” and use another available method of order review. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The consent wording is:

I agree to receive order authorization and fraud alert text messages from Speedzone Performance LLC at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

To view the consent step, add a product to your shopping cart and select “Review order SMS options.” Agreeing to a shipping or return policy is separate from agreeing to receive SMS.

Order confirmation replies

An order authorization request may say: “Mandatory SMS Confirmation Required to Proceed with your Order from Speedzone Performance LLC. Please reply with ‘Yes’ if you authorized the order or ‘No’ if you do not recognize this transaction. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” Requests may identify the relevant order number.

YES confirms that you authorized the identified order. NO flags an unrecognized order for staff review; it does not automatically cancel or refund the order. YES and NO concern the order and are separate from consent to receive texts. SMS participation is optional; order review may still be necessary through another available method. A YES reply does not by itself establish payment-card ownership or resolve a payment dispute.

Frequency, charges, and delivery

Message frequency varies by order and your interactions with the program. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to the program number to opt out of future program texts. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact sales@speedzoneweb.com or call 407-846-8430. Reply START to resume where supported, or contact our team about opting back in. Opting out does not cancel your order. Contact us for assistance with any remaining order review.

Privacy and order records

We record the consent choice, exact wording and version, mobile number, and date and time. Order communication records may include the original text, customer replies, delivery and verification status, associated timestamps, and order number. We use these records for order support, fraud review, and payment disputes.

Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared for third parties’ independent use. Service providers may process information only to deliver messages and operate this service on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Separate from other policies

SMS consent does not replace acceptance of applicable product, shipping, return, warranty, or cancellation terms. Any separate promotional messaging program requires its own appropriate consent.
