SHIPPING, RETURNS, WARRANTY, AND CANCELATION POLICY
All pricing does not include freight charges. All orders are insured for full value. Speedzone is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipment. All merchandise leaves from our facility or any one of our multiple designated distribution warehouses properly packaged and in perfect condition. When you receive your shipment, please inspect your packages in the presence of the delivery person. All damage claims are the responsibility of the customer and must be made with the freight carrier and reported to Speedzone Performace LLC within 3-5 working days if you would like us to try and help provide info for a claim. Speedzone Performace LLC does not usually initiate claims for the customer, however we will provide information and try our best to assist if the need for one arises. In the event of a damaged shipment, please keep all the original packages and packing material for inspection. If for some reason a shipment is returned to us undelivered after 3 attempts, you will be responsible for all freight charges and a hold put on all future shipments until the incurred shipping costs have been paid in full. For expedited orders we can ship via UPS Next Day, Second Day, or 3 day delivery at extra cost. We can also ship via Federal Express if preferred (based on product and warehouse).
International shipments will always have duties and customs fees. Speedzone does not cover these fees and your shipping charge will not cover these extra clearance fees based on your local country. We suggest getting an estimate of these fees from your local authority before placing an order.
Errors in shipping occasionally happen. In the case of a shipping error on our part we will issue a UPS call tag for return of the merchandise and ship the correct part to you. We will charge your credit card for this merchandise until we receive the original part back whereupon we will immediately credit your account. All returned parts must be in 100% new condition and be in the original packaging.
Buyers assume the responsibility of purchasing the correct product. Please read all of the product information and look at pictures before purchasing (please note some product pictures are for display purposes only and may not be representative of the final product you will receive). You have the ability to request product fitment verification before purchasing a product by simply using the button for request on the product. Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the responsibility of buyer to pay original shipping costs incurred by seller as well as any associated shipping costs to return items (Buyer is responsible to ship returns back at their own cost). We do not accept returns on items that have been used or previously installed, or any type of electronic products. Please contact the manufacturer of a specific product if you are having an issue with that specific item. Items are not eligible for return after 30 days of order being received.
Items sold by Speedzone Performance LLC may not be legal for street use in all states. WARNING, it is the buyer`s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. federal and State safety crash guidelines, Speedzone Performance LLC is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred as a result of any accidents due to driver error, incorrect installation, bad judgment, or act of nature/GOD, Allah, Jehovah, etc. All products are intended for off-highway uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. Speedzone Performance LLC does not take responsibility for installation, modification, misuse and/or unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Speedzone Performance LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/ passengers within the vehicles.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Speedzone Performance LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS (OTHER THAN GOOD TITLE) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER OTHERWISE ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE, TRADE PRACTICE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. There are no warranties, which extend beyond those express warranties contained in the Agreement. Buyer affirms that it has not relied upon Seller's skill nor judgment to select or furnish the Goods for any particular purpose beyond the specific express warranties in the Agreement. Any design provided by Seller is based on information provided by Buyer. Any modifications of drawings, prototypes and other work of Seller after approval by Buyer will be at Buyer's expense at Seller's normal rates for services and materials. Seller does not warrant the Goods will comply with the requirements of any safety or environmental code or regulation of any federal, state, municipality or other jurisdiction beyond the specific express warranties in the Agreement.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON; PRICING ERRORS AND OR SHIPPING ERRORS HAPPEN AND WE WILL UPDATE YOU IF THIS OCCURS.
Some items are now not returnable due to manufacturer and warehouse guidelines. The possibility of cross contamination from returned products has affected our ability to return these items and (Speedzone Performance LLC) or its vendors can not be held liable for the refusal to accept a return based on this. • What does backorder really mean? - When you place a backorder with Speedzone Performance LLC, it means the part is out of stock at all available warehouses. 99% of the time this means NO ONE has any and we are all waiting on the manufacturers to ship out products to our warehouses. With many materials out of stock, many products are now out of stock. When products arrive, they begin shipping out immediately in the que received. If you want something that's on backorder, you need to place the order ASAP!
• Why does my ETA Keeps changing? - ETAs often come directly from manufacturers. We do not make them, the manufacturer does. Our goal is to get you what you need, as fast as possible, even if you don't end up buying it from us. If you don't or can't wait any longer, message us, we can help you find an alternative product.
• Can I get a discount for the delayed time on my parts? - Speedzone Performance LLC offers the deepest discounts available up front. Because of this, we are not able to discount your order further to compensate for delays.
Due to major supply chain issues and manufacturer policies changing across the landscape of automotive parts. Any part special ordered is not available to be canceled without 3rd party vendor approvals. We reserve the right to refuse to cancel a special order if you were made aware of the special order basis of the parts and later decide you do not want to wait. Parts are paid for ahead of time so that they can be reserved when they are available at the manufacturer; as such when we cancel these orders it opens up holes in the supply chains across vendors and warehouses that could have otherwise been filled with customers who are actually willing to pay and wait for these parts. Any part approved for cancel that was placed on a special order will be charged a 30% cancelation fee.
