Shock cartridges are shipped from our factory directly and take approximately 3-5 days to process (subject to inventory availability) then ship/transit with DHL using 2-day air to ensure item get to you as soon as possible. However, if the shocks need to be produced/made, manufacturing may take up to 10 business days before shipping. All packages are signature required.
