Product Description
This is the labor to separate the ring gear from your OEM 8V TTRS/RS3 open differential, machine it to the correct thickness, and drill the bolt pattern to allow it to be mounted to the Wavetrac differential PN 18-309-190WK.
To start this process you will need to drain your rear end, check OEM backlash, then remove the OEM differential from the housing. From there you’ll need to remove the bearings and box up your OEM differential to send to us. Make sure to both box and pad it well, and ALWAYS insure the shipment for the cost of a replacement should it get lost. From there it will take up to 3-4 weeks for us to do this service. Once completed we will ship you back your finished OEM ring gear for you to mount to your Wavetrac differential, press bearings back on, and reinstall.
We will not be doing installs into rear ends at this time, so DO NOT send your complete rear end housing to us.
