This DC Sports header is a 4-1 long-tube setup for the D-series that replaces that heavy, restrictive lump with equal-length, mandrel-bent runners that actually let the motor breathe. You’ll feel sharper throttle response and real gains across the whole powerband, not just at the top.

Pick what suits your build. The HHS5613 is our 92-00 Civic stainless header and the HHC5613 is our ceramic header with a high-temp ceramic coating rated to 1,200°F. That coating keeps heat in the tubes so exhaust gas moves faster, which helps with scavenging and keeps power more consistent on back-to-back pulls. It also cuts under-hood temps, so your intake and wiring don’t cook during summer traffic or long pulls.
