Installation
- No-drill, adhesive-mounted: Installs with the included automotive-grade adhesive tape — no drilling and no permanent modification to the factory trunk lid
- Surface prep: Thoroughly clean, degrease, and dry the trunk lid at the spoiler positions before fitting to ensure maximum adhesion
- Alignment: Dry-fit all three pieces together and check spacing and symmetry across the trunk before final adhesion
- Professional installation recommended — with three separate pieces, correct spacing and a balanced, symmetrical finish are harder to achieve unaided
Before You Install
- Confirm your car is an A5 S-Line or S5 B9 Sportback (2017–2019) before ordering — this is moulded for the Sportback trunk lid and will not fit the Coupe or Cabriolet
- Plan the three-piece layout before you start — dry-fit and mark positions so the sections line up evenly, since adhesive-mounted pieces are awkward to reposition once set
- Work in moderate temperatures and allow the adhesive to cure fully before washing the car
