Frequently Asked Questions

Will this condenser work with my existing refrigerant and lines?

Yes. This is a direct bolt-in replacement — your existing refrigerant lines, hoses, and fittings connect without modification. Have the system evacuated and recharged by a shop with AC certification after swap.

Do I need to flush the old refrigerant oil from the system?

A full flush is best practice when swapping condensers, especially if the old unit failed or leaked. The residual oil from the old unit can degrade performance in the new condenser. Your AC tech will handle this during installation and recharge.

What if the condenser arrives damaged?

Inspect it immediately upon arrival. If there's visible damage, denting, or leakage, contact ModSupply support with photos before installation — shipping damage claims need documentation while the unit is still unopened or visibly compromised.
