Do I need to flush the cooling system before installing this?
Good idea. Drain the old coolant, flush the block and hoses, then fill fresh. Old sediment can clog a new radiator and kill its lifespan.
What comes with this—hoses, clamps, thermostat housing?
Radiator assembly only. You'll reuse your existing hoses and clamps. If they're cracked or soft, replace them while you're in there.
