Do these mount at the factory holes?
Yes. These are designed to use your existing mounting points — no drilling or panel modification. Bolt them in place and you're done.
Will I need to rewire anything for the LED conversion?
LED tail lights pull less current than stock incandescent units. If your truck doesn't have a load-equalizer installed and you see hyper-flashing, you may need to add one — but most stock wiring handles the swap without issues. Test after installation.
