You'll need to remove door panel trim to access the mounting bolts. This is a typical DIY job with basic hand tools and a trim removal tool — most owners handle it in 30–45 minutes per door.
What if the window sticks or doesn't operate smoothly after installation?
Test the window fully open and closed before reassembling the door panel. If binding occurs, check that the regulator sits flush in its guides and that no trim pieces are pinching the mechanism. Slight resistance is normal when new — it will smooth out after a few cycles.
