Yes — drain the old coolant completely and flush the system with distilled water to remove sediment and debris. This ensures the new radiator seats properly and prevents blockages. Let the system dry, then install and refill with fresh coolant per your owner's manual specification.
Will this radiator work with my factory hoses and thermostat housing?
The inlet and outlet ports are positioned at factory locations, so existing hoses will align without modification. Your current thermostat housing, water pump, and hose fittings remain unchanged. If hoses are original and stiff, consider replacing them at the same time for reliability.
What if I need to return this after opening it?
Contact ModSupply directly with your order number and reason for return within the return window. Radiators must be unused and sealed to qualify for return. Once installed and filled with coolant, return is not available due to contamination risk.
