Do these mount at factory rocker points or do I need to drill?
These mount at factory rocker points — no drilling needed. You're using existing attachment locations on your RAV4.
What fasteners do I need to install these?
Mounting hardware is not confirmed with this set. Verify what fasteners are required before ordering — you may need bolts, brackets, or hardware that aren't included.
Can I install these myself with basic hand tools?
Installation is straightforward for DIY work, but verify fastener requirements first. Once you have the right hardware, expect to spend an hour or two per side.
