Most Cobalt mirrors allow you to access and remove the glass from the back of the housing without taking the whole mirror off the door. Check your specific mirror style—some pop straight out, others have a couple of fasteners holding the glass in place from behind.
Will this lens fit if my mirror housing is cracked or damaged?
This glass lens only replaces the reflective part. If your mirror body or housing is cracked, that'll need repair or replacement separately. The lens itself mounts to a solid housing.
