Do I need to deburr the cut ends before installation?
Yes. After cutting or before welding, remove sharp edges from the ID and smooth any burrs on the OD to prevent leaks at joints and protect your hands during assembly.
Will this handle high-heat ceramic coating?
Steel takes ceramic coating well. Clean the tubing with soap and water or a degreaser, let it dry completely, then apply per your coating product's instructions — no special prep required beyond standard surface cleanliness.
