Product Description

These piston sets increase displacement from 2.8L to 2.9L or 3.0L for all 1992-1999 Mk3 Golf GTI, Jetta GLX, Corrado SLC & B4 Passat GLX models using the VR6 AAA engine. Designed to retain the stock 86.4mm crank stroke and 164mm connecting rod length. Stock 10:1 compression ratio best suited for normally aspirated engines and nitrous motors. Lower 9:1 compression ratio ideal for forced induction (turbocharged or supercharged) applications. Piston weights range from 296-311 grams!Prices include pistons, rings, wrist pins and clips.Note: Oversize pistons require boring the cylinder block.
