Due to the weatherproofing cut portions cannot be reattached without manual soldering which removes the weatherproofing properties. Weatherproofing can be reapplied through waterproofing products.Installation. All single-color strips have 100cm of 22 AWG wires attached to be connected to 12V positive and negative ground. We recommend the use of our standard DC wall adapters along with splitters as needed and screw adapters in order to connect the strips to the DC plug.
