The APR Service Kit for Gen 5 Haldex AWD systems delivers everything required to properly maintain and protect your vehicle’s Haldex coupling using genuine OEM components. Designed specifically for MQB-based Volkswagen and Audi applications, this complete service package ensures correct fluid specification, proper sealing, and long-term system reliability. Generation 5 Haldex systems rely on clean, correctly specified fluid to maintain clutch engagement performance and hydraulic pressure stability. Over time, fluid contamination and wear can reduce pump efficiency and compromise torque transfer. The APR Haldex Service Kit restores factory operating conditions by replacing the fluid and critical sealing hardware as intended by the manufacturer. Unlike piecing together individual components, this all-in-one kit eliminates guesswork, reduces service errors, and ensures that every required part is replaced during maintenance. A new OEM drain plug and sealing components are included to prevent leaks and eliminate reuse of fatigued hardware. Whether maintaining a daily-driven AWD vehicle or supporting higher-torque performance applications, the APR Service Kit for Gen 5 Haldex equipped vehicles provides a straightforward, factory-correct solution to preserve driveline performance and extend component longevity. Maintain your AWD system the right way, using the right parts.
