The FuelTech 8HP Transmission PCB Board is a dedicated circuit board designed to command the 8HP automatic transmission with a FuelTech ECU. The electronic board is the interface between the transmission valve body and the vehicle engine control unit (ECU) required to control the gear changes and transmission pressure according to the programmable map on the FuelTech ECU. FuelTech ECU and FuelTech Peak and Hold PRO Injector Driver are also required for complete control of the 8HP transmission.

FuelTech offers the 8HP board in two different ways:

• Board sold individually to be installed in the transmission by the customer
• Board with installation service (recommended): FuelTech to receive the original TCU from the customer’s 8HP transmission and perform the installation
