Will this clamp work with my existing exhaust pipes?

This is a 4" v-band clamp — both your inlet and outlet pipes need to be 4" diameter with v-band flanges machined on each end. If your pipes use slip-fit or lap-joint design, you'll need adapters or different clamp style.

Do I need special tools to tighten or remove the bolts?

You'll need a wrench to tighten the flanged bolts. Hand-tight plus one or two wrench turns is usually enough — the flange prevents over-clamping. Loosen the same way to break the connection.

Can I use this on a stock exhaust system right out of the box?

Only if your stock pipes already have v-band flanges welded or fitted to them. Most OEM exhausts use different connection methods, so you'd need to fabricate or source v-band flanged pipe sections first.
