Frequently Asked Questions
3.0" to 3.15" Flared 45 Degree Exhaust Pipe Bend Stainless Steel
Mandrel-bent stainless steel exhaust elbow designed for smooth flow and tight routing. The 45-degree angle with stepped diameter transition handles mid-pipe connections where space is tight. Stainless construction resists rust and corrosion from heat cycling and road salt.
Key Features
- 45-degree bend angle - Clears headers and turbo flanges without kinks or sharp creases that choke flow
- Flared inlet (3.0") to outlet (3.15") - Matches common mid-pipe diameters and allows progressive expansion
- Fully stainless tube - No welds to split, resists thermal cycling fatigue that mild steel bends succumb to

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need clamps to install this, or does it come with any?
This is the tube only — clamps are not included. You'll need two 3.0" and 3.15" band clamps or V-clamps to connect this bend to your existing exhaust sections.
Will this fit my current exhaust piping without modification?
Test-fit first. The 3.0" inlet and 3.15" outlet are standard, but flange styles and spacing vary by setup. Measure your current piping diameter and confirm the bend radius won't interfere with headers or suspension before ordering.
Can I weld this or does it need to stay as-is?
Stainless is weldable, but most bolt-together exhaust systems use clamps for ease of removal. If you plan to weld, use stainless rod and proper shielding — standard mild steel rods won't bond properly to stainless and will fail under heat.
