Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a ballast or controller for these HID headlights?
These are plug-and-play into your factory wiring. If your Blazer came with halogen headlights, you'll need an HID ballast kit to power them properly—that's a separate purchase. Check your vehicle's original headlight type before ordering.
Will these work with my factory dimmer switch and high-beam control?
Yes. The OE connector integrates with your factory wiring harness and light control module, so all functions work as designed—no rewiring needed.
What's the return process if these don't fit or I change my mind?
Contact ModSupply directly with your order number and reason. Headlights must be unopened and undamaged. Restocking fees may apply depending on condition. Reach out to support before initiating a return so we can confirm your specific situation.
