Frequently Asked Questions
Will this work with my adaptive cruise control without sensor adjustments?
Yes. This reinforcement bar is built around factory sensor mounting geometry, so your adaptive cruise brackets and sensors mount exactly as they did on the OEM part. No recalibration or rerouting needed.
Can I install this without drilling holes in the bumper cover?
Installation relies on factory mounting points only. Your existing bumper cover attaches the same way it did before — no additional cuts or holes required in the cover itself.
Does this bar need primer before installation?
Test-fit the bar before deciding on finish. If you're retaining your current bumper cover, primer application depends on whether you're painting the cover itself; the reinforcement bar can be installed raw and painted alongside your cover during body work.
