Will this bar work with an aftermarket front bumper?

This reinforcement bar is engineered for factory bumper geometry. If you're running an aftermarket bumper with different mounting points or mounting height, you'll need to verify alignment before final installation—some custom bumpers don't line up with OEM reinforcement bars.

Does this come with hardware and fasteners?
