Yes — bracket hardware is not included. You'll need standard license plate bolts and washers to secure the plate. Most buyers already have these on hand from a previous bracket or can grab them from any hardware store for a few dollars.
Does this bolt straight to the factory holes, or will I need to drill?
Mounts directly at factory attachment points — no drilling required. Line up the bracket with the existing holes in your bumper frame and bolt it down.
Will this bracket work if my front bumper has been replaced or modified?
If your bumper retains the original mounting holes, you're good. If those holes have been altered or filled, test-fit before finalizing fastener choice. Some custom or heavily modified bumpers may require drilling new holes.
