Your existing hoses are usually fine if they're not cracked or brittle. New clamps are cheap insurance—grab a set when you order. If hoses show cracks or weeping, swap them while you're in there.

Will this radiator bolt straight in, or do I need custom brackets?

Factory mounting points mean it bolts into the exact same spots as your original. No drilling, fabricating, or adapter hunting. Pull the old one, bolt the new one in.

What should I flush before installing this?

Drain your coolant system completely and rinse the block and hoses with distilled water if your old coolant looked dark or sludgy. Fresh coolant goes in after—mix and fill to the overflow mark on the tank or follow your manual's capacity spec.
