Riser bolt used on the coil pack/ engine cover
The riser studs need installed and torque to the specification of 89-inch pounds.
Do not confuse this with foot pounds. Do not convert inch pounds to foot pounds and use afoot pound torque wrench.
This will not be accurate and broken studs will likely be the result.
If not on hand, inch pound torque wrenches are available at most hardware stores as well as available to rent at many automotive part stores.
