Installation
- No-drill, adhesive-mounted: Installs with the included adhesive tape — no drilling and no permanent modification to the factory door sills
- Surface prep: Thoroughly clean, degrease, and dry the lower door sill surface before fitting to ensure maximum adhesion
- Check orientation: The panels are handed — confirm correct left and right sides before final adhesion
- Professional installation strongly recommended — panels of this length require careful positioning to achieve symmetrical alignment and a clean finish along the full run
Before You Install
- Confirm your car is an A5 S-Line or S5 B9 Sportback (2017–2019) before ordering — this will not fit the Coupe, Sedan, or Cabriolet
- Dry-fit both panels first — at 185 cm, any difference in height or fore-aft position between sides is immediately visible along the car
- Work in moderate temperatures and allow the adhesive to cure fully before washing the car
- Side skirts sit low and are exposed to kerbs and driveway ramps — take care when parking
