1. Coverage Includes

Lost Packages:
A shipment that is marked as “In Transit,” “Pending,” or has no movement for 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international). -
Stolen Packages:
A shipment marked as “Delivered” but not received.
A police report or theft affidavit may be required for orders over $50. -
Damaged Items:
Products that arrive broken, bent, dented, or otherwise damaged during transportation.
Photo evidence is required.
2. Coverage Exclusions
Speedzone Shipping Protection does not cover:

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer input error or International Orders.

Items returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect address

Damage from improper installation or product misuse

Delays caused by customs or natural disasters

Orders where Shipping Protection was not added at checkout
- Orders where customers refused or didn't pay Tariffs or Customs Duties for import
3. Filing a Claim
To file a claim, the customer must contact Speedzone Support within:

15 days of delivery for damage or theft claims

30 days of last tracking scan for lost package claims
- 48 Hours of Suspected Package Theft or Nondelivery
