Types of information we gather
Personal information from visitors to our website is collected on a voluntary basis only.
Purchases - When you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit card information. If you create a Personal Shopping Account with us, so that you may place orders more conveniently, you authorize us to store your name and shipping address(es), and optionally, credit card and billing information.
Catalog requests - We need your name and address in order to mail you a catalog.
Server Log Information - When you visit website, you disclose certain information about yourself, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the time of your visit, and the referring location (e.g., the site or page that offered a link to our page). We record this basic information about visits to our site. This information helps us identify which areas of our site are of interest to our visitors. We review the IP addresses of our visitors for the purposes of system administration, to improve the content of our pages, and to verify web traffic to our site.
How we protect your information
Unfortunately, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. However, once your information has been transmitted we do make every effort to protect that information.

SMS privacy and order authorization
When you voluntarily opt in to Speedzone Performance LLC order authorization texts, we collect your mobile number, consent choice, the wording and version of the consent, and the date and time of that choice. Our order authorization service also records message content, replies, delivery and verification status, timestamps, and associated order numbers when available. We use these records to operate the service, review potential fraud, assist customers, and document order authorization and payment disputes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their independent use. Service providers supporting message delivery, secure record storage, and operation of our order authorization service may process the information only to provide those services on our behalf. We may disclose relevant order or communication records where required by law or as necessary to address a payment dispute, subject to applicable law.
Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact sales@speedzoneweb.com or 407-846-8430. We retain relevant consent and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary for order support, fraud review, payment disputes, and applicable legal obligations. Opting out stops future program texts; it does not automatically delete records of earlier communications.
