Do I need to remove the OEM bumper to install this?
You'll need to drop or remove the bumper cover to access the mounting points behind it. Once the cover is out of the way, the bar bolts to the frame directly.
Does this come with hardware?
Hardware is not included. Use the original fasteners from your vehicle's frame, or source bolts that match the factory OEM spec for your model year.
