Disconnecting the factory electronic shocks will cause the vehicle to go into “limp mode” preventing the vehicle from accessing different running modes along with multiple vehicle error codes. Megan Racing Pro-S Adjustable Lowering Spring System re-uses the factory shock absorbers and replaces most of the components around it. The factory spring seats are replaced with a press-in threaded adjustable unit comprised of high strength CNC’ed steel and aluminum seat collars allowing for ride height adjustability. The coil springs are manufactured by SWIFT SPRINGS whom are renown for their quality and durability providing a smooth and sporty ride with subtly aggressive spring rates to help control dynamic road forces without overpowering the factory shock absorbers. And because the shock absorbers remain un-touched, all functionality and suspension modes are retained by the vehicle.
