This is designed for coolant and radiator circulation. For boost or high-pressure applications, verify the hose rating against your system pressure — silicone has limits and will fail if over-pressurized.
Do I need to prep the hose before installation?
No prep needed. Just check the inside diameter against your fittings — the 2.00" ID should slide over standard 2" barbed connectors with a firm push. Dip the barb or the hose end in coolant for easier assembly.
