No. This headlight mounts directly at factory points behind the front fascia. You may need to remove the wheel well liner for easier access, but bumper removal is not required.
Does the bulb come with this headlight?
The assembly does not include the bulb. You'll need to transfer your existing bulb from the old headlight or purchase a replacement bulb separately.
Is this left side only, or do I get both?
This is the left (driver) side only. Order a right side assembly separately if you need to replace both headlights at once.
