Will this radiator connect to my existing S10 hoses and fans?
Yes. This radiator is built to OEM spec, so your factory hoses, clamps, and cooling fan shroud bolt directly on without adapters or modifications.
Do I need to flush the cooling system before installing this?
Absolutely. Drain the old coolant completely, flush the block and lines with distilled water, and refill with fresh 50/50 coolant before running the engine. Old debris or sediment can clog a new radiator fast.
What if the radiator doesn't seal properly after installation?
Check that hose clamps are tight (not over-tight—just snug) and that both inlet and outlet hoses are fully seated on the radiator necks. If you see leaks at the connection points, reseat the hose and re-clamp. If leaking comes from the radiator body itself, contact support for a replacement.
