HARD MOTORSPORT
The roots of the HARD Motorsport story go back almost two decades. At the young age of 16, founder Adam Harding, bought his first BMW. He and his 1978 E21 320i then spent nearly every weekend that year auto crossing. Over the next few years and as many automotive enthusiasts have done, he purchased a number of BMW chassis in order to experience them all. Owning, driving, and tracking every single 3 Series chassis from the E21 to the E92. It's no wonder Adam's racing roots run deep. As a professional, he has been involved in a number of world-class events such as the Indy 500, Koni Challenge, Daytona 500, 24 hours of Daytona, 25 hours of Thunder Hill, and VLN racing at the Nürburgring. Then, in 2010 after nearly 15 years as a hardcore BMW enthusiast, he set out to build a personal race car. While tearing apart his mint condition 1997 E36 M3, Adam quickly realized there were a number of industry suppliers making race parts, which needed further custom fabrication in order to correctly fit the car. To Adam this was madness...and HARD Motorsport was officially born.
Adam had a distinct vision of how he could improve on the designs of the time. He focused on engineering quality products for a zero-hassle installation process, making sure there is absolutely little to no fab work required. It worked. Today, HARD Motorsport is innovating for perfection in a market where others have simply accepted the mundane. We don’t want to be the biggest company in the world, just the best. The HARD Motorsport goal is to build a product line focused on innovation and unmatched engineering quality for the BMW racing community. We proudly produce our parts in the U.S.A. and ship world wide. In engineering, product development, sales, marketing, and customer service the same values that sparked the start of the company continue to drive each HARD employee, every day.
