This differentials product is sourced from Autotech Sport Tuning for performance and replacement applications.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eProduct Description\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cdiv\u003eLabor to separate and machine ring gear – \u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nThis is the labor to separate the ring gear from your OEM MQB open differential, machine it to the correct thickness, and drill the bolt pattern to allow it to be mounted to the Wavetrac differential PN 10-309-193WK.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nTo start this process you will need to drain your rear end, check OEM backlash, then remove the OEM differential from the housing. From there you’ll need to remove the bearings and box up your OEM differential to send to us. Make sure to both box and pad it well, and ALWAYS insure the shipment for the cost of a replacement should it get lost. From there it will take up to 3-4 weeks for us to do this service.
